DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We send our brownies via Royals Mail’s postal service through the letterbox along with the post. Check the table for information regarding delivery times.
We require two days notice for all brownie orders, and make every effort to achieve delivery on your chosen day selected when checking out. In a small number of cases, royal mail may take an extra day to deliver your brownies.
Please note:
If you choose to deliver to an address outside of London, you will only be able to choose postal delivery for Brownies.
As our brownie boxes can be posted through a letterbox, it is possible for dogs to chew through the box. Should this be an issue, please let us know, and we will add a special note to your delivery. Chocolate & nuts may be harmful to pets and young children.

PACKAGING INFORMATION
Our brownies are sent out in a gift box, enclosed inside a postal package. Included is a flavour guide to ensure your recipient knows what you’ve sent them, along with a gift card including your personalised message.
If you are ordering more than 12 brownies, these may not fit through a letterbox.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Our brownies are best enjoyed within 7 days of arrival. Keep them sealed at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Our brownies are suitable for freezing.
