Our pretty and pink Saffron & Rose Cake is the perfect centrepiece for your Diwali celebrations! This layer cake has an eggless saffron sponge, filled with delicate rose buttercream and raspberry compote. Our cake is decorated with rose buttercream, pistachio mascarpone and raspberry compote, finished with edible rose petals and nibbed pistachios.
