Lola's Response to the National Lockdown

As the Government has announced a new national lockdown, we are once again reviewing our response.

Our People

It is of primary importance to me, that our team and customers remain safe. Where possible, we are working remotely, and we have continued to introduce tougher measures throughout our production and retail spaces to ensure our teams safety. We will be supporting the parents within our teams, to assist in managing the challenges of work and childcare provisions.

Our delivery team remains primed and ready to deliver your order safely to your door, 7 days a week from 8am-10pm to ensure your celebrations can continue, in our fleet of vehicles. I’m proud to say we are continuing to expand our fleet of clean electric vehicles at this time as part of our continued march toward a more sustainable future.

Retail Stores

We will shut the majority of our retail stores across the capital, and keep open a select number of stores, to provide ‘hubs’ for customers to collect orders from, whilst also providing limited takeaway services.

The stores have been selected in key geographic points across the city and will be open for limited trading hours.

Stores that Remain Trading as click and collect and take away only:  

Blue Water (Kent Area)
London Bridge (South East London)
Canary Wharf (Docklands)
Brent Cross (North London)
Stratford Westfield (East London)
Selfridges Food Hall (West London)
West Hampstead Bakery
All Refrigerated Collection Lockers

We have taken the decision that all other stores will cease trading at the end of 5/1/2021, Liverpool St station will cease trading at the end of 6/1/2021 and Bromley will cease trading at the end of 8/1/2021.

All customers that have orders to be collected past these dates are encouraged to edit their orders online or contact our customer services team to make alternative delivery arrangements using the contact methods below
