COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION UPDATE:
Our fleet of drivers are working hard to get your orders to you on time. We have removed some specific delivery time slots to allow us to get your items to you on time. We have also added the option of 'contact free' delivery when ordering should you wish to not interact worth your driver.
We are working hard with Royal Mail to get your postal items sent to you on time.
However, this is an extremely busy period for us and Royal Mail. Currently, there are slight delays to some Royal Mail orders. While we offer a tracked 1-2 day service, it is possible your items will be delayed by a further 1-2 days.
Our stores are all currently closed and so store pickup is unavailable at this time.

We deliver to the whole of London, Birmingham, Slough, Reading, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Oxdord, Guildford and Stevenage. Our cupcakes, cakes and cheesecakes cannot be sent to locations outside of these areas. Click here to see what items we can deliver to areas outside of this.
We deliver from 7am-10pm, 7 days week.
We offer 2-hour time slots for most of the addresses we service, as well as a range of more flexible windows at more affordable prices.

Postal Delivery is available for Brownies, Cake Kits, Frozen Mini Cheesecakes and merchandise only.
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a reminder from us notifying you of your delivery. When our driver is on their way to you with your delivery, you will receive a text or email, providing you with a tracking link that allows you to follow the driver to your door, or make contact as necessary.
This means you can pop out, live your life, and then head home when your cake is nearby. You’ll receive a further confirmation, once the delivery has been completed.
If you’ve opted for an all-day delivery, we may be able to give you some guidance as to when your delivery may arrive - just give our customer service team a call on 0330 058 9525.
If you have chosen items to be posted via Royal Mail, once your items have been dispatched from us to Royal Mail, you will receive an update and tracking information via email from Royal Mail.
Simply visit the locker location on your chosen delivery day, input the code sent in your confirmation email and retrieve your items. Our lockers allow you to pick up your item(s) from 09:00 – 00:00 on your chosen day. Kindly note that during busy periods, your pickup time may change but this will be reflected in your confirmation email or in the SMS message we will send you.
Can’t pick up in time? Our drivers will bring your item(s) to the nearest store if it has not been collected in time. If you have any problems, contact our customer service team on 0330 058 9525.
