Delivery Times
Our drivers will be hard at work this festive season as we plan to offer deliveries every day of December - excluding Christmas (limited availability).
Postal Delivery
We will be offering postal delivery for our postal cakes, cupcakes, mini cheesecakes and brownies up until the 24th of December.
After that, the next available date will be the 28th of December.
There are likely to be delays during this time, so we would recommend all be placed by 2pm on the 22nd of December.

Where we deliver to
Driver Delivery Service:
Our fleet of delivery vehicles deliver to the whole of London, Birmingham, most areas in Guilford and Luton, and selected postcodes in Chelmsford, Hemel Hempstead, Oxford, Reading, Redhill, Stevenage and Slough. Our Cupcakes and Cakes cannot be sent to locations outside of these areas.

While we deliver to most locations natiownide with a next day service, the following postcode areas we are unable to currently offer postal delivery to:

Order Tracking Information:
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a reminder from us notifying you of your delivery. When our driver is on their way to you with your delivery, you will receive a text or email, providing you with a tracking link that allows you to follow the driver to your door, or make contact as necessary.
This means you can pop out, live your life, and then head home when your cake is nearby. You’ll receive a further confirmation, once the delivery has been completed.
If you’ve opted for an all-day delivery; it is not always possible to give guidance on when the delivery is likely to arrive. If you have chosen items to be posted via courier, once your items have been dispatched from us to the courier, you will receive an update and tracking information via email from the courier.

Refrigerated delivery
Our entire fleet is refrigerated, which guarantees your cakes safe arrival. Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature, and need 2-3 hours at room temperature to soften, so try to arrange for your delivery to arrive a few hours ahead of your celebration wherever possible.
If you’re not able to receive your delivery
If you are not available to receive the delivery, we’ll attempt to make contact with you and look to leave the delivery in a safe place with your permission. If we bring it back to our bakery, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Sustainable delivery
We currently operate a fleet of ULEZ Euro 6 compliant vehicles, and as part of our fleet have 4 Renault Kangoo ZE, fully electric vans.
This means you don’t have to worry about the carbon footpint of your sweet treats! All deliveries are grouped into areas and time zones, and our delivery system aims to minimise fuel and driver mileage to ensure our service to you is as environmentally responsible as possible.

Collecting From a Locker

Simply visit the locker location on your chosen delivery day, input the code sent in your confirmation email and retrieve your items. Our lockers allow you to pick up your item(s) conveniently and your own leisure. Kindly note that during busy periods, your pickup time may change but this will be reflected in your confirmation email or in the SMS message we will send you.
Can’t pick up in time? Our drivers will bring your item(s) to the nearest store if it has not been collected in time. If you have any problems, contact our customer service team on 0330 058 9525.
