Seasonal Delivery Information:
We are operating our delivery service on every day other than Christmas Day. Please book your slot as early as possible. Once we reach capacity, we will remove the slots availability from our website.
UK WIDE Postal Delivery:
Please place your order before 2pm on 21/12/20 for guaranteed delivery before Xmas Eve.
There is no postal service from 25th-29th of December.
Orders can be received on the 30th and 31st of December. The next available day for postal delivery is the 4th of January 2021.
Where possible, try to order your item two days ahead of when you require, as the postal services are currently very busy and are experiencing delays.
Orders must be placed before 2pm on the 23/12/20 for collection on Xmas Eve after 2pm, for most of our products.
There is no store collection on the 25th, our stores are closed.
For Collections on the 26th (Boxing Day) orders must be placed by 2pm on the 23rd.

We deliver to the whole of London, Birmingham, Slough, Reading, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Oxford, Guildford and Stevenage. Our cupcakes and cakes cannot be sent to locations outside of these areas.

We deliver from 7am-10pm, 7 days a week.

Postal Delivery is available for Brownies, Cake Kits, Frozen Mini Cheesecakes and merchandise only.
On the morning of your delivery you will receive a reminder from us notifying you of your delivery. When our driver is on their way to you with your delivery, you will receive a text or email, providing you with a tracking link that allows you to follow the driver to your door, or make contact as necessary.
This means you can pop out, live your life, and then head home when your cake is nearby. You’ll receive a further confirmation, once the delivery has been completed.
If you’ve opted for an all-day delivery; it is not always possible to give guidance on when the delivery is likely to arrive.
If you have chosen items to be posted via courier, once your items have been dispatched from us to the courier, you will receive an update and tracking information via email from the courier.

Simply visit the locker location on your chosen delivery day, input the code sent in your confirmation email and retrieve your items. Our lockers allow you to pick up your item(s) conveniently and your own leisure. Kindly note that during busy periods, your pickup time may change but this will be reflected in your confirmation email or in the SMS message we will send you.
Can’t pick up in time? Our drivers will bring your item(s) to the nearest store if it has not been collected in time. If you have any problems, contact our customer service team on 0330 058 9525.
