Baking cakes, not the planet: Our approach to Sustainability.
We produce our gluten free cakes in a separate part of our factory. Processes and training are in place to ensure that our cakes are gluten free. Gluten free describes foods that contain gluten at a level of no more than 20 parts per million (ppm). All our cakes and brownies are prepared in a kitchen where other cross-contamination risks may occur. Full allergen information is available upon request. Simply put, there’ll be different reasons for different people.
For some, avoiding gluten is a must due to either an allergy or an intolerance to it. For these people, they must avoid any products containing gluten at all costs, which unfortunately makes enjoying tasty foods and treats very hard a lot of the time, and something that is constantly a struggle to deal with.
For others, it may just be a dietary decision to try to eat as little gluten as possible. Yet still, this task again proves to be quite challenging due to the prevalence of gluten in almost every product that exists.
Regardless of the reason, we wanted to make sure we have the most delicious range of gluten free cakes that you can buy, so whenever the occasion arises for an irresistible gluten free birthday cake, or for any other occasion, you’ll rest easy knowing that you’re in for a real treat without having to sacrifice any flavour!
