Vegan Apple & Blackberry Crumble Cake

Inspired by a traditional English crumble, this cake is baked with a vegan spiced vanilla sponge and filled with compote. The cake is finished off with delicious vegan blackberry cream cheese, blackberry and apple compote, fresh blackberries and crumble.
