Delivery Information: Our handmade Two Tier Sweet Shop Cake is fragile and require extra care during transport, which is why we recommend opting for driver delivery in our refrigerated vans, so they are in perfect condition when they arrive at your door. If opting for store collection, we strongly advise your cake is not left out of the fridge during transit to your destination for more than 30 minutes. Stores available for Two Tier Cakes Collection: Birmingham Selfridges, London Selfridges, Stratford, Bromley, Bluewater, Brent Cross, Canary Wharf, Victoria, Kingston. Serving Information: Our two tier cake can serve approximately 70 people with party sized slices. Each party slice is approximately 4.5” in height and 1” wide, and 60g Size Information: Bottom tier - 9" round cake height: 12cm approx. Top tier - 7" round cake height: 12cm approx. Entire 2 tier cake height: 24cm approx.
INGREDIENTS
Take a trip to the sweet shop with a candy-striped showstopper! Vanilla rainbow sponge layers filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry compote. Decorated with rainbow vanilla buttercream and white chocolate drip, adorned with an array of sweets, chocolate jazzies, marshmallows and sprinkles. No artificial colours are used in this cake.
