The better way to collect your cake!
You can now pick up your favourite cakes from one of our refrigerated lockers dotted around the capital. Simply place your order online, choose one of our lockers at checkout, head to the locker on the pickup day, and collect your order.
We have lockers dotted around London, and you can collect your order throughout the day when it suits you.
Just pop in your pin code, the door will open, and your items will be in a bag ready for you to collect.
Our average collection takes place in under 30 seconds, so we won’t delay you on your way to your celebration.
Place your order on our website and choose one of our lockers at checkout. You will receive a collection code in your confirmation email.
On the day of your delivery, you will receive an SMS message from us letting you know that your order is ready to collect and we’ll re-confirm your collection code.
Input the four-digit code from your email and retrieve your order. Our lockers are refrigerated, and your cake will be kept at the perfect temperature ahead of your collection.
Q How many cupcakes can fit in the Lola’s collection locker?
A You can fit up to 72 regulars or 144 Tiny’s in each of our locker bays. Each locker has 3 or 4 bays, so you can fit up to 288 regular or 576 Tiny’s in every locker! Wow that’s a lot of cake.
Q Will my cake fit in the locker?
A: Yes, every cake we offer on our website will fit within our locker.
Q What happens if I forget to collect my order?
A: If we have another order arriving the next day, our drivers will take this to your nearest store. Otherwise you’ll have an extra few hours to collect your cake the next day.
Q Will my cake melt inside the locker?
A: Our lockers are temperature controlled so your cake or cupcakes will remain at the perfect temperature ready for your collection.
Q How will I know when my cake is ready for collection?
A: We will notify you by SMS and email when your cake is ready to collect.
Q What happens if the Locker doesn’t function correctly?
A: Call our customer service team and we will be able to assist remotely, or dispatch one of our team to assist you. (This hasn’t happened ever, yet!).
Q What happens if my cake is damaged upon collection?
A: Our drivers check every cake ahead of loading into the lockers. If you experience any issues during your collection, please contact our customer service team.
