Gluten Free Coffee Opera Cake

A perfect blend of coffee and chocolate. Layers of rich gluten free chocolate sponge decorated with coffee mascarpone and chocolate ganache. Finished with chocolate curls, milk chocolate drizzle and a dusting of cocoa. Inspired by the flavours of a Tiramisu.
