Tropical Shard Cake

Be transported to a tropical paradise with our fruity shard cake! Fresh vanilla sponges layered with mango mascarpone, passionfruit puree and strawberry compote. Decorated with mango mascarpone and white chocolate shards, topped with a selection of fresh seasonal fruits. Sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries.
